Planning Crane Lifts
These following blank pro-forma and completed assessments are designed in conformity with the requirements of BS 7121 - Appointed Persons, Lifting Operations, to enable them to plan and organise lifts using cranes and other lifting appliances.
If you have not received traing to the above standard and do not possess a licence to prove that you are an Appointed Person, do not use this documentation and seek the services of an Appointed Person.
